Nice and neat, same socks on the feet.
Shoes shined, all the pencils and pens neatly lined.
Clothing pressed, always the Sunday best.
Car fueled, tires fresh.
Floors swept and mopped, rugs all beat and bed quite neat.
Grumpy and lumpy, one sock, so no socks on feet.
Shoes lost, no pencil or pen in sight.
Clothing from the hamper, spray the odor eliminator.
Gas light on, tires bald.
Floors clean enough to not grow more mold.
Always smiling in the meetings.
Coffee or tea ready.
Presentations all prepared and orderly.
Walk with confidence and pride.
Never has to smile for no meetings.
Just drink something called energy.
Presents body to the place called work.
Walk with a limp, missing the left foot.
Cross paths,
Smiles,
Nods head,
Trips,
Reaches out to help.
Cross paths,
Smiles,
Nods head, trips,
Laughs
Picks self up, glad it isn't the war torn past.
Welcome to my blog, I post just the things that matter in my life. I am currently working on two projects which will be posted to everyday. The first is my auto biography, which most people who know me say is quite intense and unique. I am also going to be posting excerpts from my first novels rough draft up until I finish and publish the entire work.
